Abi Orencia is our Financial Operations Manager, overseeing the financial systems that keep our properties running smoothly. She manages owner payouts, expense tracking, and internal reporting to ensure accuracy, transparency, and consistency across all accounts. With a strong eye for detail and process optimization, Abi plays a key role in supporting our owners and helping OASIS scale with integrity and confidence.

Our in house OASIS Maintenance Team is available 24/7 to ensure every property is cared for quickly and professionally. From routine upkeep to unexpected issues, our on-call crew responds promptly to protect the home, minimize disruptions, and support a seamless guest experience. Their around-the-clock availability is a key part of how we maintain high standards, reduce downtime, and give owners and guests peace of mind.
