Booking & Availability
All reservations are subject to availability. Dates are not secured until a signed agreement and required payments are received. Rates and packages are subject to change until confirmed.
Event Space Use
Event space rentals include up to 12 consecutive hours during the reserved date and time. Any additional time must be arranged in advance or approved onsite and may incur additional fees. Events must remain within the agreed-upon guest count of 60–80 guests unless prior written approval is granted.
Cabin Stays
Cabins are booked per night and may be reserved individually, as a bundle, or as part of an event package. Check-in and check-out times will be provided at booking. Additional nights are based on availability. Guests are responsible for the condition of cabins during their stay.
Pool Use & Waiver
Pool access is included only with select bookings and packages as stated. All pool use is at guests’ own risk. No lifeguard is on duty. By using the pool, guests acknowledge and assume all risks associated with swimming, including injury or death. Children must be supervised at all times. Pool rules must be followed, and unsafe behavior may result in loss of pool access without refund.
Noise & Quiet Hours
All guests and events must comply with local noise ordinances. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM. Amplified sound may be restricted during certain hours or required to be reduced or shut off.
Setup, Cleanup & Damages
Clients are responsible for basic cleanup following their event or stay. Excessive mess, damages, or required deep cleaning may result in additional charges. Any damage to the event space, cabins, pool area, or grounds will be billed to the responsible party.
Security Deposit
A $500 refundable security deposit is required for event bookings. Deposits will be returned within 5–7 business days following checkout or event completion, provided no damages, excessive cleaning, or policy violations occur.
Alcohol & Vendors
Alcohol is permitted for private events only and must comply with all local and state laws. The client assumes responsibility for guests’ behavior related to alcohol consumption. Outside vendors are permitted with prior approval.
Safety & Liability
The property owner and management are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Guests assume full responsibility for their own safety and the safety of their invitees, including use of cabins, outdoor areas, and amenities.
Payment Terms
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure a booking. Remaining balances must be paid in full prior to the event date or check-in. Failure to submit payment by the agreed deadline may result in cancellation.
Cancellations
All deposits are non-refundable. Cancellation terms and any applicable refunds will be outlined in the signed agreement.
Right to Refuse Service
Management reserves the right to refuse service or terminate an event or stay without refund if policies are violated or if behavior poses a risk to guests, staff, or property
